Meet the Watchmaker Behind Ambrosia Watchworks

Hi, I’m Adam Brososky, a watchmaker, electrical engineer, and lifelong restorer of intricate mechanical things.

I founded Ambrosia Watchworks in Fort Wayne, Indiana with a simple mission:

Restore timepieces so the memories they carry never fade.

What started as a hobby—repairing family watches, restoring neglected vintage pieces, and learning the craft inside and out—grew into a full workshop dedicated to mechanical and quartz service, polishing, micro-fabrication, and vintage restoration.

Precision. Craft. Storytelling. This is why I restore watches.

I bring to watchmaking:
20+ years of engineering experience
• Professional precision and diagnostic skills
• A passion for breathing life back into vintage mechanical systems
• A deep respect for heirloom watches and the stories they hold

Every watch that crosses my bench gets the same care and attention to detail I’d give to my own collection. From simple battery changes to full movement overhauls, I take pride in honest assessment, transparent communication, and craftsmanship that lasts.

When I’m not at the bench, I’m often restoring old tools, modifying vintage watches, or teaching others about the art of horology. Ambrosia Watchworks is built on fair pricing, meticulous service, and a belief that craftsmanship still matters.

Why I Love This Work

Because every watch tells two stories:

  1. How it was made.
  2. Who it belonged to.

My job is to preserve both.
