Shipping Policy — Ambrosia Watchworks

Ambrosia Watchworks services customers both locally and across the United States. Watches may be shipped in for repair, restoration, or evaluation.

Shipping Watches TO Ambrosia Watchworks

Customers are responsible for:

  • Packaging their watches securely

  • Choosing a carrier and level of insurance

  • Paying shipping costs to send the watch in

I strongly recommend using USPS Priority, UPS, or FedEx with insurance and tracking.

Shipping Watches BACK to You

Once service is complete, I will:

  • Ship the watch back using your chosen carrier

  • Provide a tracking number

  • Include return insurance if requested or paid for

Return shipping costs will be included on your invoice unless otherwise arranged.

Loss or Damage During Transit

Ambrosia Watchworks is not responsible for watches lost or damaged during shipping to or from my workshop. Please use insurance when shipping.
