Terms of Service — Ambrosia Watchworks

By using this website or requesting repair services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Services Provided

Ambrosia Watchworks offers:

• Mechanical & quartz watch repair

• Vintage and modern watch restoration

• Movement servicing

• Crystal replacement

• Case and bracelet cleaning

• Part sourcing when available

Not all watches can be repaired. I reserve the right to decline work when parts are unavailable or when repair is not feasible.

2. Estimates & Approvals

Before service begins, you will receive an estimate. Work will not start until you approve the estimate. Estimates may change if additional issues are discovered during disassembly.

3. Turnaround Time

Turnaround varies depending on part availability, complexity, and workload. Delays beyond my control (such as parts suppliers) may occur.

4. Payments

Payment is due when the service is complete. Watches will not be returned until payment is received.

5. Warranty

Repairs include a 30-day workmanship guarantee unless otherwise stated. This does not cover:

• Wear and tear

• Damage caused after service

• Water damage without a passed pressure test

• Watches with prior severe wear or aged parts prone to failure

6. Liability

Ambrosia Watchworks is not liable for:

• Watches lost or damaged during shipping

• Pre-existing damage or undisclosed conditions

• Future failures caused by aged or worn components

• Accuracy variations common in vintage watches

7. Website Use

All content, logos, text, and images are owned by Ambrosia Watchworks and may not be used without permission.
